If you ask for feedback
We store your email, first name, your self-ratings, and aggregated results. Your marketing preference is recorded with the time and place you gave it, and you can change it any time in Settings or via any marketing email.
If you give feedback
You don't need an account. Your answers are stored with no name, email, IP address, device ID or timestamp. Your written comments are stored separately from your numeric answers. The person you described sees only combined results after enough people respond, updated in small groups. Never individual answers, never who responded, never when.
To stop abuse we keep a short-lived, one-way-hashed network fingerprint for rate limiting. It is stored in a separate table and cannot be linked to answers.
AI
When there are many comments, we may use an AI model to summarise recurring themes. Only the comment text is sent, never emails, names, identifiers or metadata.
Your rights
You can delete your account (and every response about you) from Settings. Questions: hello@outsight.me.
