How it works

Simple. Anonymous. A little brave.

You rate yourself. Your people rate you. You see the difference.

1

Rate yourself

12 quick questions. About 2 minutes.

2

Ask your people

Send your private link to at least 3 people who know you.

3

See the gap

Compare how you see yourself with how they see you.

The 6 things we measure

Each one is a sliding scale. Neither end is good or bad. It's just how you are.

Where do these come from?

Scientists studied personality in many countries for decades. Again and again, they found five big traits. That's called the Big Five.

Later, a model called HEXACO added a sixth trait: Honesty-Humility.

Our own questions

We wrote our own everyday questions, so friends can actually answer them. Two questions for each trait, 12 in total.

This is a fun self-awareness tool. It's not a medical or psychological test.

From answers to scores

1. Each question starts with "To what extent…" and has 4 answers. No "in the middle" option.

Quite a bit
Very much

Bigger circle = stronger answer. Your friends see the same questions about you, like "To what extent does your friend Sam plan ahead?"

2. Answers become a score from 0 to 100 for each trait.

The difference (+16) is your "gap". That's where it gets interesting.

The Vouch Score

One extra question: "How likely would you be to vouch for this person?" from 0 to 10.

0-6: Reluctant
7-8: On the fence
9-10: Big fans

Where does it come from?

Companies use a famous score called NPS (Net Promoter Score). They ask customers "How likely are you to recommend us?" We ask the same kind of question, but about you.

How it's calculated

You see your average rating (for example 8.4 out of 10). Once 9 or more people answer, you also see the NPS-style score: % of big fans minus % of reluctant people.

Example: 6 big fans, 3 on the fence, 1 reluctant out of 10 → 60% minus 10% = +50.

The Vouch Score is about reputation. It's not one of the six personality traits.

3 rules that keep everyone anonymous

3

people minimum

Nothing is shown until at least 3 people have answered.

+2

to update

After that, results only change when 2 more people answer. So no one can be singled out.

0

names shown

You never see who answered, when they answered, or who said what.

Written comments appear once 5 people have answered. They're shuffled and never linked to anyone's scores.
